Ausburn, Pacifico, O'Connor added to Color Guard Staff

The Color Guard area of the UGA Summer Marching Band Camp has added three new instructors to its 2011 lineup. Redcoat Band Flagline Instructor Lucie Ausburn will now coordinate the area. She brings over a decade of experience in the activity including fall and winter guard instruction at Atlanta-area high schools and instruction and coordination of the Redcoat Band Flagline. Billy Pacifico will present a one-day Rifle Clinic for all levels. Billy is Director of Color Guards at Collins Hill High School and was a member of the 2002 World Champion Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps. Katie O'Connor will teach a one-day Sabre Clinic for all levels. Katie is the Color Guard Instructor at Brookwood High School.

Summer Camps Registration Now Open

The University of Georgia Hugh Hodgson School of Music is proud to announce the opening of registration for the 2011 Summer Camps. Applicants may apply by way of the paper application available at all middle and high schools throughout the South or by downloading the application from the camp website.
